So I read this book not to long ago it really helped me realize that a lot of our problems are self inflicted, we are 100% more in control of our lives than we think and the more we let go of the other shit the more we can allow for better to enter, it taught me to hold my self accountable and view discipline as a form of self love and less of a chore.. shouts out to mark fr

It was kinda fun putting own touch on someone else’s work it really challenged me in a way I didn’t think it would

these are my favorite verses from the Bible that I’ve read so far, reading these made me feel so much depth and stillness and really forced me to move inward and listen / pay attention to the signs God had for me. This journey is really new for me due to my trauma as a kid I once questioned God and my relationship with him,, but once I really took a step back I realized that everything he laid out for me was only a part of his plan a lot of things finally click and make sense and I finally feel like I know my place in this world 💌

I randomly remembered that I wrote this in my notes earlier this year, really needed to read this and maybe you do too 💌🧘🏽‍♀️

I never really celebrated this for myself and it’s hella overdue but shout out to me in 2019,

Well this all I got for now and I wanted to say one more thing that I’ve learned and share it with you all, being okay with the uncertainty life brings is so important life is random and the more we let go and flow the easier shit gets,, remember to move like water always 🧘🏽‍♀️
